As it's an Event Day, do expect that you may need to wait for your turn!

First order of business: Take a queue number at the outlet. First-come, first-serve basis. We will notify you via SMS when it's nearing your turn!

We're not serving Brazilian, Boyzilian and ADLight™ Full Face Skin Solution for ADLight™ free treatment. TriLight Therapy is a full face therapy.

For TriLight Therapy outlets, we are only serving TriLight Full Facial area.
For ADLight™ outlets, you may choose max up to 3 areas, or utilise max 150 Shots (using your shots balance + Free 50 Shots) to do desired areas (excluding Brazilian/Boyzilian/ADLight™ Full Face Skin Solution).

As Queue number will be tagged to his/her account, your friend has to be there to get a queue number.

Check when is your last IPL session:
For TriLight Therapy / ADLight™ Skin Solution:
Last session was 6th Sept & Before = Eligible!
Last session was 7th Sept & After = Ineligible!

For ADLight™ Hair Removal:
Last session was 30th Aug & Before: Eligible!
Last session was 31st Aug & After: Ineligible!

Should the treatment you do falls under the ineligibility, you may choose to do a different treatment and/or treatment area!

If your skin is still irritated, we suggest to give your skin some time to heal. Our therapist will assess customer's skin condition before treatment! In any situation that your skin is unsuitable, therapist will not proceed with the treatment.

For the1st & 2nd New Customer, you earn 30 Shots each. When you referred 3rd or more New Customers, you will earn 50 Shots each. On Free IPL Day, you will only receive 30 Shots regardless of the number of New Customers you've referred. After the event, the team will consolidate and credit the remaining 20 Shots each for 3rd & more New Customers into your account!

Successful referral is considered when New Customer has completed free treatment on Free IPL Day. Referral tiering only applies to New Customers who have quoted your referral code at the store on Free IPL Day.

❗Event Day T&C❗

Store Operation:
✓ Free IPL Day is happening at all outlets on 20th Sept, 10:30am to 9pm
✓ Brazilian, Boyzilian will not be served during event days
✓ To be eligible for redemption of Free IPL Day, customers are required to register for a queue number at an outlet
✓ Registration stops at 8:30pm or earlier should the outlet(s) hit maximum capacity
✓ Japan IPL Express reserves the right to refuse treatment and/or admission at our discretion

Queue Management:
✓ Customers are required to register for a queue number upon visiting the store
✓ Limited to 1 queue number per customer across all outlets
✓ Customers will receive SMS notification 15 mins prior to treatment
✓ Any No-Shows will be considered as cancelled, and is required to re-queue.

Free IPL Day's Free Treatment:
Redemption:
✓ Applicable to both New & Existing customers
✓ Limited to 1 treatment redemption (TriLight Therapy or ADLight™ Hair Removal/Skin Solution) per customer on event day(s)
✓ Refer to the list of outlets for treatment redemption

Free TriLight Therapy Session Terms of Use:
✓ Free 1 Session TriLight Therapy to be fully utilised on event day, strictly non-extendable
✓ Upon completing Free TriLight Therapy, customer will receive additional 50 Shots™ to utilise by 31st October 2025, strictly to use for TriLight Therapy treatment only.
✓ Additional 50 Shots™ is non-stackable to use with other promotion during normal TriLight Therapy session

Free ADLight™ Hair Removal/Skin Solution Terms of Use:
✓ Free 50 Shots™ on ADLight™ Hair Removal or Skin Solution to be fully utilised on event day, strictly non-extendable
✓ Customers may utilise their own balance shots on event day, with a total shots usage up to 150 Shots™ (including Free 50 Shots™) or up to max 3 areas.
✓ Everyday promotion is not applicable for purchase on Event Day. Should customer doesn't have enough shots in their account, they are not able to purchase any other shots to utilise for that day, and simply keep usage to be within 50 Shots™.
✓ Free 50 Shots™ cannot be utilised on Brazilian, Boyzilian & ADLight™ Full Facial areas
✓ Upon completing ADLight™ Free Treatment, customer will receive additional 50 Shots™ to utilise by 31st October 2025, can be used on any desired areas/services.
✓ Additional 50 Shots™ is non-stackable to use with other promotion during normal TriLight Therapy session

Free IPL Day Glow Deals:
TriLight Therapy Event Promo
✓ Applicable for purchase after completing free treatment on Free IPL Day
✓ Limited to 1 TriLight Therapy Event Promo purchase per customer
✓ A customer may purchase one or both TriLight Therapy Event Promo and/or ADLight™ Event Promo at any outlets
✓ TriLight Therapy Event Promo expire in 4 months upon date of purchase and is strictly non-extendable
✓ TriLight Therapy Event Promo can be used on TriLight Therapy session only

ADLight™ Event Promo:
✓ Applicable for purchase after completing free treatment on Free IPL Day
✓ Limited to 1 ADLight™ Event Promo purchase per customer
✓ A customer may purchase one or both TriLight Therapy Event Promo and/or ADLight™ Event Promo at any outlets
✓ ADLight™ Event Promo expire in 4 months upon date of purchase and is strictly non-extendable
✓ ADLight™ Event Promo can be used on any areas (except Brazilian/Boyzilian) and on TriLight Therapy sessions.

Event Promo Codes:
✓ 1 Event Promo Code redemption per customer
✓ Event Promo Codes are non-stackable
✓ Redeemed Event Promo Code Shots can only be utilised on the next session
✓ Redeemed Event Promo Code Shots expire in 2 months and is strictly non-extendable

Referral Program:
✓ Upon Referee's (New Customer) completion of 1st treatment, Referral 30 Shots will be credited into both Referee (New) and Referral (Existing) account.
✓ Referral 30 Shots is only available on Free IPL Weekend
✓ Referral 30 Shots can only be utilised from the next session
✓ Referral 30 Shots expire 4 months upon date of redemption and is strictly non-extendable
✓ Existing Customers will receive Referral 30 Shots on Free IPL Day. Should he/she refer more than 3 New Customers, any extra Referral Shots will be consolidated and credited by 10th October 2025

Online Grand Prize Lucky Draw:
✓ Applicable to customers who have redeemed Free IPL Day's free treatment
✓ Winning customers will be contacted via Whatsapp by 3rd October 2025
✓ The final Grand Prize is determined by the total number of shares on Free IPL Day Giveaway Instagram Reel
